Taste of Culture: Understanding Global Consumer and Sensory Perception

Sensory Food Network Ireland are delighted to host the European Sensory Science Society (E3S) Annual Symposium and General Assembly in 2018.

This two day event comprises a general assembly for members, meetings of the working groups and a sensory science symposium. 

The symposium theme for 2018 will focus on the cultural aspects of sensory science. This should appeal to a wide audience and includes a student session and a session focused on non-food sensory.

Venue: Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown, Dublin 15
